I came across this Cuticura Soap ad in my June 1960 American Girl magazine. Could I have discovered a photo of Susan van Wyck's first flip?!



It looks like her hair has grown out a bit since her photo on the cover of the May/June 1959 Ingenue magazine, and it's now long enough to flip in the back. I believe this is a milestone in "The History of the Flip"!
