A Week With...Series. It was published by
McGraw-Hill in
1967, and the photographer was
Dan McCoy.

Back CoverThe Model is no longer in print, and copies are hard to find. The book has a pictorial cover without a dust jacket. As you can see, the covers of my copy are rather scuffed, but I'm thankful to own one!

Terry was also the cover model. All of the photography was done by
