These are so cute. An interesting note, Kathy Carpenter met David mcCallum on that booking. It was a cruise on A luxury liner going to Europe. By the time they docked in London, Kathy and David were in love, and have never been apart since. Kathy is now the head of publishing house in New York. She was always my favoriet model because everyone thought we looked so much alike. She started a year or two before I did.

When I first saw a thumbnail of this cover, I thought the model was his future wife, Kathy Carpenter. However, she's really Lynn Osborne. Even so, he pays her a very nice compliment:
