Nina Blanchard ~ Author & Agency Founder

Nina Blanchard ran a successful modeling agency in Los Angeles, California, for 34 years. She founded the agency in 1961, and sold it to Ford Models in 1995.

Nina was also an accomplished author. Her first book, How to Break into Motion Pictures, Television, Commercials & Modeling, was published by Doubleday and Company in 1978:

Along with Peter Barsocchini, Nina co-wrote The Look in 1995 (Dutton Books). The novel was about the female head of a modeling agency and her greatest discovery with a hidden past:
