How many of us made New Year's resolutions to exercise and eat healthier foods? Now that the first week of 2009 is over, I thought we could use a little inspiration from the beautiful and svelte Dolores Hawkins. This photo is from the 1966 Glamour's Beauty Book, but it doesn't say when it was originally taken.

Dolores says that this photograph is actually from 1958. It can be found in her 1950s album.
